The Wood River Firefighters Association is the
benevolent organization composed of our firefighters both active
and retired. The association meets monthly and provides numerous
donations to the community throughout the year. Our income is
derived from several different fund raisers throughout the year.
One major source of funding comes on the first Saturday in October
when the firefighters association hosts our annual fish fry which
has become a popular community event. We would like to
in helping us make the 17th annual Wood River Firefighter's Association FISH FRY a huge success! We hope to see you all next year! We try to be as community
oriented in our donations as possible ranging from local school
sponsored events to paying for burned children to attend burn
camp.
